Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in a part-time hybrid role based in San Francisco Bay Area. This position offers remote flexibility and is ideal for a marketing professional passionate about brand storytelling, campaign execution, and consumer engagement.

You will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen our market presence and drive engagement across digital and offline channels. This includes leading marketing initiatives, managing campaign performance, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s identity, values, and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather stories, visuals, and product highlights that enhance the brand narrative.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities: scheduling content, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and optimizing performance.
  • Create compelling content for email newsletters, blog posts, landing pages, and social platforms in alignment with the brand voice.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to capture high-quality content for marketing use.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market trends to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in managing partnerships with local vendors, collaborators, or influencers to expand reach.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials, channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Follow campaign timelines and assist with marketing deliverables as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

  • Brand Marketing and Marketing skills
  • 2+ years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (experience with DTC or lifestyle brands is a plus)
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills, with the ability to capture an authentic brand voice
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and paid advertising, with hands-on experience
  • Skilled in analyzing marketing data and adjusting strategies to improve performance
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in both remote and hybrid work environments
