Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will engage with potential and current customers, listen to their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, generating leads, following up with prospects, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves maintaining transparent communication and providing ongoing updates to customers, ensuring the timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling skills and customer relationship management
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of solar energy solutions and home electrification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
