This position is ideal for attorneys with hands-on experience in clearance and prosecution who are eager to work with globally recognized brands. 📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale U.S. and international trademark portfolios

• Conduct detailed trademark clearance and provide risk analyses across jurisdictions

• File and prosecute domestic and global trademark applications

• Advise clients on registrability, branding strategy, and enforcement issues

• Respond to USPTO office actions and coordinate with international counsel

• Communicate with clients and partners, including in Spanish when applicable

• Maintain docket deadlines and manage time-sensitive filings with precision

• Collaborate cross-office with other IP attorneys and industry teams

✅ Qualifications:

• 3+ years of trademark clearance and prosecution experience

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Admission to at least one U.S. Bar; NY admission or eligibility to waive in preferred

• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is strongly preferred

• Experience advising clients on entertainment, media, or global branding matters a plus

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume dockets

• Proven drafting, analytical, and communication capabilities in English and Spanish
