✅ Qualifications

• Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Previous home health experience preferred but not required

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care according to active physician-directed plans of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and compassionately
• Thoroughly document all nursing activities, patient assessments, and care coordination
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
• Deliver one-on-one patient care tailored to individual needs
• Participate in 24/7 on-call assistance as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development through online modules and simulation training
