A Day in the Life of a Junior Software Engineer Join our team as a Junior Software Engineer and dive into a fast-paced environment where innovation meets collaboration. You'll actively engage with external partners to integrate cutting-edge technologies, troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, and contribute to the full lifecycle of our applications - from initial design and development through rigorous testing and deployment. In this role, you won't just be writing code - you'll be creating meaningful impact. Whether you're improving system performance, enhancing the user experience, or contributing to a critical product release, your work will help shape the technology that drives our business forward. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with 3rd party organizations to implement and manage software integrations based on business needs. Tackle day-to-day technology issues related to existing programs, ensuring seamless operations. Craft code that meets rigorous technical requirements, adhering to software quality standards and secure coding practices. Develop unit test plans, perform and document unit tests to guarantee the reliability of our software. Provide estimates for review with lead software engineers and stakeholders. Contribute to the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications, including technical specifications for features and functional and non-functional requirements. Thrive in a collaborative development environment, offering and seeking technical guidance from your team members. Provide valuable support to external organizations offering development services. Operate within the application development pipeline, ensuring that our processes align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management procedures.
