⚙️ Your Role

As an Integrated Solutions Application Engineer , you will:

• Be the On-Site Expert : Develop deep knowledge of mobile automation, pedestrian safety systems, and WMH’s advanced technologies to directly support our clients’ needs in warehouses, factories, and job sites.
• Design & Implement Solutions in the Field : Work directly with clients to identify their challenges and design tailored solutions in real-time, while overseeing the installation and troubleshooting of equipment and systems on-site.
• Conduct Live Demonstrations : Showcase our products and solutions on location, emphasizing functionality, efficiency, and how they drive productivity in real-world applications.
• Lead Projects from Concept to Field Delivery : Oversee the execution of projects on-site, ensuring quality, communication, and timelines are met while directly addressing client needs.
• Provide Sales & Technical Support : Work closely with internal teams, OEMs, and customers to provide accurate technical insights, quotes, and solutions tailored to the specific requirements of the job site.
• Stay Field-Ready & Informed : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure your solutions are cutting-edge and directly applicable to real-world environments.

🎓 What You Bring

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA a plus).
• Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering, preferably in material handling or related industries.

🧠 Technical Skills :

• Strong hands-on engineering experience, capable of solving real-world technical challenges in the field.
• Proficiency in conceptualizing solutions and analyzing data to create actionable solutions for customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-paced projects in on-site environments.

🗣️ Soft Skills :

• Excellent communication skills to work with clients directly in varied environments (warehouses, job sites, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail, especially when troubleshooting on-site.
• Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset to work with teams both internally and externally.

🙌 Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with material handling equipment or similar technologies.
• A background in solving technical issues on-site and within operational environments.
• Success in dynamic, fast-paced environments where hands-on problem-solving is essential.
