Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Driven Product Focus)

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and full product thinking to join our fast-moving team. You’ll work on architecting and scaling next-gen applications with an AI-forward mindset, leading development from core infrastructure to seamless user experiences across web and mobile.

Key Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in backend development.

• Proficiency with Node.js and Express.js .

• Strong frontend skills with React Native , React , and modern CSS .

• Proven experience designing and integrating APIs ( REST, GraphQL ) with authentication standards ( JWT, OAuth 2.0).

• Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with web protocols, security standards, and caching strategies.

• Cloud infrastructure experience is essential — ideally with AWS, Cloudflare, Render, and Vercel .

• Solid grasp of systems architecture design and scalability.

• Interest or experience in AI development and integration .

• Product-oriented mindset with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.

Technical Stack

Backend & Infrastructure

• Node.js with modern, serverless patterns (e.g., Cloudflare Workers , Supabase Edge Functions )

• PostgreSQL with a focus on schema design and query optimization

• Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone ) for AI and semantic search

• ORMs such as Drizzle or Prisma

• Payment processing integrations: Stripe , RevenueCat

Frontend Development

• Next.js and React with performance and accessibility in mind

• State management via Zustand , React Query , or SWR

• Form handling with React Hook Form and validation via Zod

• Styling using Styled-components and CSS-in-JS methodologies

Mobile Development

• React Native with Expo

• Cross-platform mobile deployment (iOS & Android)

• Familiarity with native modules and a working knowledge of Swift or Kotlin

AI & Modern Technologies

• Experience working with LLMs (e.g., Anthropic models )

• Exposure to AI development tools like Langflow

• Implementing vector search and semantic retrieval systems

Soft Skills

• Proactive and independent problem solver

• Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
