The mission of this role is to partner with sales and service teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The Employee Benefits Client Executive will develop professional relationships with clients, insurance companies, and agency personnel to maintain accounts and foster a positive working environment. Principal Responsibilities: Manage all policy activities and stewardship in assigned client accounts, analyze claims data, identify trends, and benchmark against industry standards. Ensure client compliance with benefits regulations and serve as a resource on the impact of the ACA and upcoming government changes. Stay current with government regulations to ensure compliance with FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and other applicable laws, including reporting requirements. Promote a culture of vigilance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and high client satisfaction. Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in client interactions, minimizing errors and omissions, and demonstrating strong organizational skills. Manage large accounts independently, review accounts for additional insurance needs, and recommend changes at renewal. Build strong relationships with insurance company partners. Handle multiple priorities, adapt to changing responsibilities, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Complete assigned special projects. Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Obtain and maintain state insurance licenses or be willing to do so within 90 days. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CEBS, SPHR, or PHR certifications. At least five (5) years of insurance and/or benefits experience, including team leadership. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn insurance software systems. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Align with the firm’s core values and culture.
