About the Role - Perform repairs, routine maintenance, and preventive inspections on HVAC, electrical, and lighting systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct detailed inspections of HVAC components including chillers, air handlers, and cooling towers to preemptively identify issues. Collaborate on installing new HVAC units and major equipment overhauls. Address and resolve hot/cold complaints and other issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Rotate duties to monitor startup and shutdown of chillers, lights, and escalators. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the work order system. Assist in planning and executing building maintenance projects. Respond to service requests and provide support during afterhours events. Work closely with a supportive team on various maintenance projects, including routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Set schedule: 9:30 am - 6 pm
